The RACQ CareFlight crew has helped stabilise a female driver who was trapped in her wrecked car after it collided with a truck on the Cunningham Highway. The accident happened around 3pm this afternoon, 20 Kilometres out of Warwick.
The driver suffered serious pelvic injuries and a compound fracture to her right upper leg.
She was airlifted by the RACQ CareFlight helicopter to Royal Brisbane Hospital for emergency surgery.
