A male motorcyclist has been seriously injured after colliding with a car on the Beenleigh-Beaudesert Road at Canungra.
The rider sustained multiple fractures to his right side, predominantly in his right leg.
"When we arrived the patient was in a lot of pain with deep skin lacerations to his entire right side," said RACQ CareFlight Aircrewman Luke Pagano.
The rider was airlifted from the scene of the accident by the RACQ CareFlight helicopter to the Royal Brisbane Hospital.
No passengers in the car were injured.
