CareFlight Air Ambulance is supported by CareFlight’s Emergency Response Centre which is the 24/7 central control and logistics hub of the service.
Staffed around the clock by experienced Operations Coordinators, Retrieval Nurses and Medical Consultants, CareFlight's Emergency Response Centre plans, dispatches and flight follows all missions out of the Air Ambulance bases and also provides the critical customer service and support to our valued clients.
Based in our new offices at the Auckland Airport, CareFlight's Emergency Response Centre offers our Australian, New Zealand and international clients a 24/7 contact point for all our available services.
