Assault leaves 32-yr-old with serious head injuries

The RACQ CareFlight rescue helicopter (Toowoomba) has been tasked to Toowoomba Base Hospital to airlift a 32-yr-old male with serious head injuries.
It's belived the injury was sustained as a result of an assault at a local hotel overnight.
The patient was airlifted to the PA Hospital in Brisbane in a serious but stable condition.
