Tragic horse fall

RACQ CareFlight has been tasked to a property at Jimboomba where a 43-yr-old female had fallen off a horse.

The woman suffered serious spinal injuries. She has been taken to the PA Hospital for further testing, in a stable condition.

At the hospital, the patient had a spinal fusion of the vertebrae to stablise it but unfortunately now has no feeling from the waist down.
